Tirzah Shirai: From Broke To Building A $30M Company With Balance
If you’re feeling trapped in a cycle of endless work and unfulfilled accomplishments, then you are not alone! You may already be taking on more responsibilities, seeking external validation, and sacrificing your well-being in the process. Instead of finding fulfillment and purpose, you may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and dissatisfied with your professional endeavors. By infusing intuition, heart, and soul into your work, you can break free from this cycle and experience enhanced personal fulfillment and professional alignment.
About Tirzah Shirai:
Tirzah Shirai started a business out of pure necessity after she hit a lull in paychecks as an Award-Winning Film Director and had less than $1,000 to her name. Though she started Blinkbar out of need, she quickly grew the company from $0 – $30M in 5 years as she applied her skill for storytelling with her ability to paint a big vision and develop a strategy to get there.
Tirzah is a YPO member, featured in Forbes, Good Morning America, and NYT.
Tirzah experienced growing from almost nothing and a childhood of poverty to a quick rise of amazing successes in both the business and film world. This put her in rooms with other high-achievers who were “hustling” their way to a dream. And it was through that proximity that she realized, that most successful people are not living the good life everyone thinks they are.
What is the difference between those who were happy and those who weren’t? It wasn’t the business they built, but who they were while they did it.
Tirzah has now stepped away from a 30M company to focus on the Venusian School Of Business, a place for light-seeking entrepreneurs to step out of the antiquated journey of entrepreneurship to create a purpose-centered business that calls you to align your potential and tap into a wellspring of abundance in a way that feels good along the way.
In this episode, Dean Newlund and Tirzah Shirai discuss:
- Infusing intuition, heart, and soul into professional endeavors to heighten fulfillment and success.
- Overcoming societal expectations and aligning with the true purpose for unparalleled fulfillment and achievement.
- Addressing the disconnection between the modern workplace and society to foster a more harmonious and productive environment.
- Embracing intuition, heart, and soul in the business world to unlock untapped potential and drive innovation.
- Realigning and reinventing in response to societal changes to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
“I’ve always been a very spiritual person, but until 2020, my spiritual and type A hardworking worlds were very separate. They collided, and I realized I’ll never be able to untangle this mess again.” — Tirzah Shirai
